Coverage

You can collect $30.00 once a year (and every year while you’re enrolled in the plan) for any outpatient diagnostic procedure that is used to detect cancer. Your Cancer Care Insurance Plan provides benefits when you receive a cancer diagnosis after being enrolled for 30 days. Hospital Room & Board pays $60 per day for the first 10 days, followed by $120 per day up to 90 days. 

Additional benefits include: 

  • Outpatient Drugs & Medicine ($10 per prescription refill), 
  • Attending Physician ($25 per day for doctors’ visits while hospitalized), 
  • Nursing Service ($25 per day for private care), 
  • Ambulance ($100 benefit), 
  • Radiation & Chemotherapy ($100 daily benefit), 
  • Blood & Plasma ($100 daily benefit). 

These benefits are paid directly to you and can be used for hospital bills, chemotherapy, operations, doctor visits, nursing care, prescription drugs, mortgage payments, car payments, and more.
